Tree Planting

The changing climate that we are experiencing is having a very real impact on the lives of all Australians. Planting trees to help reduce carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is one of the best ways to make a tangible difference. From January 1st 2007, Abercrombie & Kent has made a commitment to plant a tree for every client who travels on an Abercrombie & Kent journey in 2007.

Newly planted trees will help absorb carbon dioxide, provide homes and food for wildlife, tackle salinity and erosion and, A&K hopes, help save and in some cases encourage the reintroduction of the area’s native bird and plant species.
